We are a wholly owned operational subsidiary of DS Smith plc, whose registered office is at 350 Euston Road, London, NW1 3AX. These Polystyrene Block Web Site Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Goods and Services between you, the User of this Web Site and us, the owner of this Web Site. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Goods or using any of the Services from us. We strongly recommend that you read these Terms that apply to the Goods that you want to buy and the Services you want to use. As a guest, you do not need to create an Account.
4. Orders and our contract with you 4.1 Our acceptance of your order for Goods will take place when we email you to confirm your order, indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we confirm your order, we will charge you for the Goods. No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance by you. 4.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the Goods. 11. Providing the Goods 11.1 We will deliver the Goods to you via a third party courier service at your cost. Alternatively, you may collect certain Goods directly from us, as detailed on our Web Site. 11.2 The estimated timeframe for delivery of the Goods within the United Kingdom is 2 – 4 working days. 11.3 The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Web Site.
12. Faulty goods 12.1 We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. 12.2 We aim to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. However, on occasion Goods may need to be returned to us. 13. Cancelling your order 13.1 You have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this Web Site for a full refund. You may also (but do not have to) use the model cancellation form at clause 23 below. 13.3 You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of 14 calendar days after the Goods are delivered (or in the case of a multiple order, after the last part of the order is delivered). 13.4 Please take care of the Goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the Goods if it is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. 13.5 Unless we agree to collect the Goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us by no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel your order. The cost of returning the Goods by courier is likely to be a similar to the amount we charged you for delivery. Goods are returned to us at your own risk. EPS Orders Polystyrene Block (DS Smith Plastics), Firth Road, Houstoun Ind Est, Livingston, EH54 5DJ 13.6 If you cancel your order we will refund the price paid you paid for the Goods and, if the Goods have been dispatched or you have received them before you cancel, we will also refund to you the cost of our standard delivery charge (even if you paid for a different delivery option). 13.7 We will make any refunds due to you (through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods) as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines indicated below: 13.7.1 if you have received the Goods: within 14 days of the day on which we receive the Goods back from you or, if earlier, within 14 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Goods back to us; or 13.7.2 if you have not received the Goods: 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel your Order.
14. Termination and cancellation 14.1 Either you or we may terminate your Account. If we terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. In any event, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. 14.2 If we terminate your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched. 14.3 We reserve the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and arranging dispatch. 14.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. 14.5 If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Law and where you may bring legal proceedings These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by English law and you may bring legal proceedings in respect of the Goods and/or Services in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts
